A Linux machine has many standby databases in cluster environment. User has only one database DBWASPA is active and others are inactive.
Whenever he brings up QcAgent it creates quest.conf more entries than what he needs. Suppose only one entry
dbwaspa|/udbdsys101/dbwaspa/home/dbwaspa|54002
Qsdbg.log shown: Error opening the ScCNTRepo result file (/udbarch/questagent/produdbade1l/tmp/OUTTJOgOH) (rc=2) for read access.
When user did a SQL collection he got error: SQC01007E - Attempt to retrieve Repository information on machine 'xyz' failed.
SQC03040e - ScAdmin - Unable to locate a DB2 instance intry matching port number (54002) in the instance configuration file (quest.conf).
STATUS:
Enhancement request CR 79111 has been submitted to Development for consideration in a future release of Toad for DB2.
WORKAROUND:
Remove all other bad entries in order to do sql collection
