User has worked on Query Builder for long time but never save the work. Then suddently Toad crashed. When Toad was backed up, user could not use Query Builder any more. He got system no exceptions.
Suggested to user :
1. Go to Help | About, click on Application Data Directory.
2. Log off from Toad for DB2
3. Renamed folder Toad for DB2 v 4.7 to toad for DB2 4.7 old.
4. Bring Toad up.
5. Go to Options | Database | Cache | Enable cache and clear cache
