No 'NONRECOVERABLE' option in the object editor and the Tools | Options Load page non-recoverable (4276023)

In Quest Central, you can use the utilities menu options to load a table using the non-recoverable option.
I am looking for the same option in Toad for DB2.
I do not see any check box for non recoverable on the utilities - Load table menu options.

How do we do this without copying the sql to the editor and editing the statement?

There is an option, but it does not seem to stick when we set it.
If I check the box and apply, when I came back in to this screen, it is no longer checked.
The option is losing its setting.
