"DB2 Z/OS connections are not currently licensed" error after revoking DBADM privileges.
Description

User with DBADM permission can initially connect to DB2 database. Later if these permissions are revoked, the user cannot connected and the error is given:
"DB2 Z/OS connections are not currently licensed"
Resolution

WORKAROUND:
None

STATUS:
Issue fixed in version 3.0. The latest version of Toad for DB2 can be downloaded here.
