Could not get temporary password email from Quest supportlink -
Description
User forgot password to login Quest supportlink so he clicked on 'Forgot password' link. A temp password was sent via email, but user has not yet to see it.

Cause
Firewall has blocked Quest email for some reason.

Resolution
Release email from firewall and place it on the safe list for the future.
