User installed Toad agent successful however, when SQL collection was used he got error: 'SQC02021I - Repository not configured for instance 'DB2''
Quest.conf was empty
To avoid manually update the blank quest.conf whenever the agent is restarted please go to folder: $QUESTHOME\<host name> then create a file with the 'instance name|db2 directory|port number' information named user_instances.conf file.
It will append the information entered in that file to the quest.conf file
