Alter table does not generating permissions correctly
Description

Attempting to move a table to a different tablespace.
User alters the table and specifies the new tablespace and index space.
Toad generates code doesn't retain ALL the original permissions.
Resolution

STATUS
Waiting for a fix with CR/ST 79691 on a future release of Toad for DB2.
