When creating a MQ Table with a staging table, the staging table is not included in script

When creating a MQT (Materialized Query Table) with a staging table, the staging table is not being created because the create statement is not included in the script for the staging table.
Resolution

WORKAROUND:
None

STATUS:
Waiting for fix to be released in a future version of Toad for DB2.
