Another version of this product is already installed.
Description

User tried to upgrade Toad for DB2 v 5.0.2 from 5.0.1 and got an error:
'Another version of this product is already installed. Installation of this version cannot continue. To configure or remove the existing version of this product, use Add/Remove Programs on the Control Panel.'
Resolution

Before installation of Toad for DB2 v 5.0.2 please uninstall Toad v 5.0.1
