Dialogue boxes for option settings in the Object Explorer are cut off visually (4230361)

I'm setting a custom skin using 'Office 2010 Blue'. I noticed that any additional pop up dialogue boxes that need to open for further options in the Object Explorer will be cut off and unusable.

For example:

1. In Object Explorer, go to Tablespaces.
2. Add a new tablespace to open the Create Tablespace window.
3. Under the Extent size row, click on the 3 dots button.

Notice the Edit Extent Size Value dialogue window is cut off and unusable?
