"Error 1603" or ".Net 3.5 SP1 and 4.0 required" during installation of a Toad suite on Windows 7 -
Description
When executing the Toad for DB2 5.6 Suite bundles on Windows 7 or higher, the installation will not complete and throws an "Error 1603" message. Also the suite installers incorrectly state that the .Net Framework 3.5 SP1 and 4.0 are required. The installers also DO NOT state that .Net Framework v4.5 is required.
