Toad does not Free Plans -
Description
When trying to free a Plan, by right-clicking on it in Toad's Object Explorer, and clicking on the "Free Plan..." option, one may see the "FREE PLAN" script Toad creates, but, executing it shows an error:
ERROR [3800b][IBM][DB2] SQL0443N Routine "QP200DSNCOMMAND" (specific name "QP200DSNCOMMAND") has returned an error SQLSTATE with diagnostic text "SSID NF 20".
