Error when using CALL PROC on a procedure with bind variables: "DB2 Database Error: ERROR [428 (4222488)

Customer using the CALL PROC command in Editor to run a procedure with bind variables as follows.  He is prompted to enter the bind variable values and they are entered.  However, the first two values are not used in the execution of procedure and hence the below error occurs.  Issue occurs with all similar procedures.

CALL MY_STORED_PROC('ST_1', 'ST_2', ?, ?, ?, ?);

Error:

"DB2 Database Error: ERROR [42884] [IBM][DB2] SQL0440N  No authorized routine named "DC2022.WMSP2017" of type "" having compatible arguments was found.  SQLSTATE=42884"

Running the same procedure via DB2 command prompt works successfully.
