'Security Administration' is missing from the list of Authorities displayed for Groups -
Description
In the Database Explorer, click on a User name. "Security Administration" is among the list of Authorities displayed. Next click on a group name. "Security Administration" is not in the list. When a group name is double-clicked (or right-click | Alter) in Toad, "Database Security Administration" is one of the options to check, but is grayed out. Toad should allow groups to be assigned the"Security Administration" authority.
