Viewing data grid returns an "Input string was not in a correct format" error (4239479)

When viewing the data grid, either in the Editor or Database Explorer, it returns an "Input string was not in a correct format" error.  This seems to only happen when viewing data from a table that has a column with the TIME datatype.

"Input string was not in a correct format" error occurs when selecting Space Management | Identify Exceptions

CAUSE 1: There is an extra custom TypeName called TIME.

CAUSE 2: IBM timestamp pattern(yyyy-MM-dd-HH.mm.ss.ffffffffffff) has been selected as the date/time format

RESOLUTION 1:Select Tools | Options | Environment | Grid and select the Custom tab in the Data Type Formatting section and remove any extra TypeNames called TIME.

RESOLUTION 2: Select Tools | Options | Environment | Grid and switch from

   IBM timestamp pattern(yyyy-MM-dd-HH.mm.ss.ffffffffffff)

   to 

   ISO pattern (yyyy-MM-dd-HH.mm.ss.fffffff)
