Getting eror "hmmm.You don't seem to have an internet connection" after changing the email used to login. (4330185)

Application is receiving connection to internet error but customer has connection.
Everything was working fine before logging out so all the url's and all the set up is fine.

The license and the email are properly registered at https://licensing.toadworld.com/licenses

WORKAROUND

1. Go to  C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\Quest Software\ and rename the  folder "toad edge"
2. Download and install version Toad Edge 2.4.2 or later from here
