Resolution
In Toad Edge® 2.3 the following new features were implemented:
General features
Worksheet enhancements
- Added option to rename SQL worksheet tab
Connections
- Added new SSL ciphers to remove TLS compatibility issues.
- Implemented a search bar to filter connections
- Updated SSH caching logic to fix connection issues.
Support for SQL warnings
- Added a view to display SQL warnings and other server messages. This will also display output of RAISE NOTICE/INFO/DEBUG from PostgreSQL functions.
Database features
Support for MariaDB 10.3, 10.4 and 10.5
- Added GUI features related to MariaDB sequences.
Enhancements
The following is a list of enhancements implemented in Toad Edge 2.3.0
- Implemented a search bar to find specific connection
- Added option to remove all compare schema history
- Introducing a SQL warnings section to log server warnings which can also help in logging RAISE NOTICE/INFO/DEBUG for postgreSQL
- Improved data grid refresh logic
- Added feature to rename a SQL worksheet tab
- Displaying a user friendly FIPS error
- Added comment/uncomment option in edit menu
- Supporting SEQUENCE for MariaDB 10.3 and later
- Supporting INET6 data type support for MariaDB 10.5 and later
