Offline key not working on MAC after manually creating Applications/Toad Edge/Contents/eclipse/configuration path -
Description
After setting up the offline key on a MAC, we are still getting a message saying, "You don't seem to have an internet connection". The only difference between what we did and the instructions is that we had to manually create the Applications/Toad Edge/Contents/eclipse/configuration path, to put the license.cfg in, because it was not already created after the Toad Edge install. -
Resolution
Instead of manually creating the Applications/Toad Edge/Contents/eclipse/configuration path, right click on the Toad Edge program in the Applications folder and select "Show Package Contents". This will take you to the Applications/Toad Edge/Contents/eclipse/configuration path, where the license.cfg file can go.
