Toad Data Point scheduled task fail when the user set to run it is logged off -
Description
A scheduled task created in TDP through the job scheduler does not run when the user set to run it is logged off.
The option “Run whether user is logged on or not” box is ticked, but the task still fail:"Task Scheduler successfully completed task ""\XXXX_XX_XXX"" , instance ""{XXXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXXXXXX}"" , action ""D:\Program Files (x86)\Dell\Toad Data Point 4.0\Toad.exe"" with return code 2147943399"
Even if the Task Scheduler completes, the script does not get executed.

Cause
The root cause was an issue with DNS configuration on the Windows Server environment. -
Resolution
RESOLUTION
Please try scheduling the task on a different machine using a different user and make sure there are no issues with the DNS configuration.
