Trying to connect to a MySQL database (version 4.1) using an alternative port number and the following error is displayed.
MySQL Database Error: Can't connect to MySQL server on 'ip address'(10061): No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it i'p address':3306
The connection information is correct because I can connect via ODBC with the same information.
Defect related specifically to connecting to a version 4.1 MySQL Database using an alternate port number to the default (which is 3306)
