I am getting the error below when I close the session of Toad for Data Analysts.

Resolution

Resetting Toad for Data Analysts to factory default settings so far is the only resolution found for the specific issue on closing the Toad session and getting the said error. Please see the reset instructions below.
Note: This will reset your TDA to factory default settings. Let us know if there are certain settings that you would like to be re-implemented in TDA and we will try to send you instructions on how manually set it again.
1) Fully Exit your TDA
2) Go to C:\Documents and Settings\<your_user>\Application Data\Quest Software\
3) Rename the "Toad for Data Analysts 2.6" folder to "Toad for Data Analysts 2.6 OLD"
4) Start TDA
5) When asked to "migrate" or transfer settings from an older installation, choose No or Cancel
6) Connect to ONE database ONLY, and then fully exit TDA again
7) Start TDA again and re-test if issue is resolved
