The below error appears launching Toad:
"Toad for Data Analysts has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
If you were in the middle of something, the information you were working on might be lost."
Insufficient user rights on machine.
A System Admin needs to give user account Power User rights to the machine. User has insufficient rights to the machine and has to be at minimum a standard Windows Power User.
