Unable to remove or uninstall Toad for Data Analysis, gets "A general error has occured. The return value is 4294967295"

Resolution
WORKAROUND:
There could be an issue with the MSI installer/uninstaller package. Please try the Windows Install Clean Up Utility: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290301
If that does not work, please contact Quest Support and request for the 1.0.0.1051 MSI build of Toad for Data Analysis. Use that build to uninstall Toad for Data Analysis. Rename the file "Data Analysis Trial.msi"
Run the following:
msiexec /x Data Analysis Trial.msi
