When I open the Query Builder window for the second time, the Wizard Bar at the bottom disappears or goes away or becomes hidden off of the Toad screen in the Query Builder window.
Advised user to perform a delete on the Windows User Profile on the problem PC and re-create it? Sometimes odd issues like this stems down to the OS or the OS user level.
One customer reported that it worked and that it resolved the issue.
