Description
Toad Data Point 3.8 install prompts a UAC (User Account Control) for "QuestElevation.exe". It prevents the silent installation from completing or finishing. Upon first launch of application by someone with administrator rights, a prompt is shown to supply elevated User credentials.

Resolution
The above behavior does not happen on Toad Data Point 4.0. Please upgrade to Toad Data Point 4.0.
