Cause
Esto se debe a que el folder Temp esta lleno direccion : C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Temp -
Resolution
Limpiar el folder de archivos no necesarios C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Temp
reiniciar la PC, si esto no resuelve el problema entocnes siga estos pasos:
1. desinstale Toad
2. Vaya a C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Quest Software3. Renombre todas las verciones de los archivos Toad Data Point que existan, por ejemplo Toad Data Point 3.7 a Toad Data Point 3.7_old etc.4. Reinstale Toad Data Point - seleccione 'any user' opcion, Pero al final no inicie Toad Data Point.5. Reinicie su PC y en ese momento inicie Toad data point.
