Scheduled automation scripts will not run when logged off PC -
Description
User has a scheduled task that runs to produce a few Excel files when logged onto the system. The process only takes a few minutes complete.
However, if the user logs off the computer, the scheduled task will not complete.
After logging back on, the user will notice that the scheduled task in the Windows Task Scheduler still says it is running.It never produces any output or it would say it completed, but still no output is produced.

Resolution
Use the Universal Naming Convention (UNC) instead of the local file system (LFS), [such as C:\File] to save the Excel file.
