Toad for Data Analysts supports almost all databases that you can connect to using an ODBC 3.0 or later driver.
Please try to connect to the Microfocus database with an ODBC 3.0 or later driver.
Toad for Data Analysts should work ok, although please note this particular database has not been tested.
