How to set up the scheduler as a service so it can run when Toad is close out? Is this possible or do I have to leave Toad open?
You can do this in Toad 3.0 by going in the Automaition window, set up your script and then on the bottom right hand corner there is a schedule button that you can click on to set a time to run the same task and Toad does not need to be log in or running.
