Is it possible to change the default start day of the week for queries? (4241960)

Is it possible to change the default start day of the week for queries?

For example, in countries where the first day of the week is a Saturday, is it possible for this to be specified in Toad for Data Analysts?  Therefore  queries that are run in the Query Builder can be customized in this way, rather than using the default first day of the week (Sunday)?

This is currently not possible to change.
