There isn't an option to bring this back inside Toad Data Point (TDP), however it can be brought back if you rename TDP's Application Data directory and restart TDP.
Please make a backup of this folder first, as it will reset the settings used in TDP.
You can find the application data directory if you open TDP and go to Help | About and click the 'Application Data Directory' link.
The default location is: C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Quest Software\Toad Data Point 3.7
