License key and site message information becomes invisible when using Dark Side theme
Description

When I use the Dark Side skin, when I go to the Help | Licensing window, I see a lot blank lines in there. I am not able to see the license key, site message, or any information about the license key at the bottom.

WORKAROUND:
None

STATUS:
Waiting for fix to be released in a future version of Toad for Data Analysts.
