Toad Data Point won't accept the Toad for Oracle key. (4234481)

When working with Toad for Data Analysts 3.1 and older, it could be enabled by the commercial Toad for Oracle key. But after upgrading to Toad Data Point 3.2 and newer, it won't accept the Toad for Oracle key. It notes as invalid.

With the new release of Toad for Oracle, expected in early October 2012, we will be discontinuing the free us of Toad for Data Analysts promotion. The good news is that you may continue using Toad for data Analysts v3.1 which will be fully supported under your Toad for Oracle license in accordance with the standard product lifecycle timeline. However you may not upgrade to the new version, which has been rebranded Toad Data Point v3.2, without acquiring a separate license for the product.

RESOLUTION 1:

Reinstall Toad for Data Analysts 3.1 and continue using that with the commercial Toad for Oracle license.
