Unable to run .sql files after opening in Toad. -
Description
After opening a .sql file in Toad, it cannot be run. The option is grayed outo in the editor window.

Cause
Editor window is not associated to any connection.

Resolution
Make sure the editor window itself is specifically connected to the database.

Additional Information
This could occur if the file is open before a connection is made in Toad. Existing open windows will not be automatically associated to a connection if it is open before the connection is made.
