When try to launch it gets to the splash screen and then it hangs (4231180)

When I launch Toad for Data Analysts, the splash screen comes up, the progress bar gets about a third of the way across, and then it freezes. I have to kill it using task manager.

Rename the Odbc.xml file to Odbc.xml.old and launch TDA. You can find this file in the C:\Documents and Settings\<user>\Application Data\Quest Software\Toad for Data Anlaysts 2.7\ModuleSettings directory for XP and the C:\Users\<User>\AppData\Roaming\Quest Software\Toad for Oracle\Toad for Data Anlaysts 2.7\ModuleSettings directory for W7. Make sure TDA is closed when renaming the file.
