Toad for Data Analysts currently does not support File DSN.

WORKAROUND:
Connect via ODBC using the User or System DSN in the ODBC Data Source Administrator window.
STATUS:
Enhancement Request ST59512 has been submitted to Development for consideration in a future release of Toad for Data Analysts. -
