Toad hangs after some point when retrieving records. -
Description
A query is executed within Query Builder or Editor and Toad retrieves a portion of the data. At some point, Toad freezes while processing rest of data.

Resolution
1.Select Tools | Options menu option in Toad
2.Select Database | General from left-side tree
3.Reduce “Number of rows to initially fetch in data tab” field to 50
4.Check “Apply to Editor” checkbox and Hit OK
