When connecting to Mongo DB one may see the error:
The service is currently not responding. Please check your credentials and connectivity.
Cause

Toad Data Point (TDP) can't connect MongoDB 'Admin' database
Resolution

WORKAROUND:
Try connecting to another database.
STATUS:
This issue is fixed in Toad Data Point 5.0. This version can be downloaded from the downloads section of our website, which you can access by clicking here.
