Query Builder IN clause does not allow comma as delimiter -
Description
After upgrading, Toad no longer allows commas as a separator. Old queries work with commas but any new queries need semicolons. If commas are used the clause looks like
WHERE columname IN ('A,B,C')
instead of ('A','B','C')
