Error "Cannot create a file when that file already exists" in automation script, after upgrading -
Description
After upgrading to 4.2/4.2.1 an automation task, that has run successfully in previous versions, no longer works. The following error shows in the log file
"Cannot create a file when that file already exists".
The task has 3 activities that write to the same file (different tabs). The file name created has a suffix that was custom built
