Restore User Settings to Default.
1) Go to Tools | Options
2) In the right top corner click on Restore Defaults
If this does not work go to C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\Quest Software and rename folder "Toad Data Point 4.2". This will have the same effect like the steps above.
