Corruption of installation file.
Migration of corrupted Program Data directory that had been backed up incorrectly could have further corrupted the installation.
WORKAROUND 1:
Make sure to shut off the 3 Toad services before moving/changing the ProgramData directory (when migrating previous Toad Intelligence Central data and connections). Re-start the services after the migration and before launching the Console.
Note: When migrating the setting, both the Data and the Conf folders needs to be migrated together.
WORKAROUND 2:
If there is another set of ProgramData files that had been backed up, those may be used in another attempt to migrate connections and data.
Troubleshooting - Use command line to launch mysql.exe from the TIC Program Files folder (i.e. C:\Program Files (x86)\Dell\Toad Intelligence Central\bin) and tryto select * from hub_information_schema.<object referred to by the error message>.
If this also errors out, there may be a problem with the migrated ProgramData files (i.e. C:\ProgramData\Dell\Toad Intelligence Central). The previous data and connections cannot be migrated over based off that set of backup files.
