Does Toad Data Modeler support setting up permissions for procedures and functions?
It is possible to do this manually, but this is not a good solution when there are several procedures and functions.
Resolution

WORKAROUND:
It's only possible to do this manually at the moment. (see the Permissions tab of a particular object).
STATUS:
Enhancement request CR 64537 has been submitted to Development for consideration in a future release of Toad Data Modeler.
