The properties of the model do not show the database and version the model is for.
Where is this information?
Could this be added there?

Hover over the model to see the version
RESOLUTION 2
The version is also displayed at the right bottom corner of the application
RESOLUTION 3
Apply the package attached to be able to see the version in the Model properties
1. Close Toad
2. Open a file explorer and go to C:\Program Files\Quest Software\Toad Data Modeler 7.2\Packages\User
3. Copy the attached file (DBVersion.txg) there
4. Open toad
5. Open the model
6. Select Model properties and see the version there
