Toad tries to access SYSCAT.SECURITYPOLICIES when runnign a reverse engineering.
Description

User gets an error when trying to reverse engineering a db2 11.1 database. The error is that the DB2 user does not have the required authorisation or privilege on the object SYSCAT.SECURITYPOLICIES.
This is a restricted environment and it is not possible to give permissions on some syscat views.
Is there any workaround?
Cause

The process of reverse engineering expects privilege on this object because TDM supports reverse engineering of security policies and labels.
Anyway we understand this is a problem in a restricted environment so we prepared a custom package which avoids this error.
Resolution

WORKAROUND
Please follow the steps below:
1. Copy the attached package to the folder with custom packages (i.e. c:\Users\\Documents\Toad Data Modeler\Standard Installation 7.1 x64\Packages\{DCB5CB9B-CF65-4350-86B5-285D246FC5AC}\),
2. Restart TDM,
3. Run the RE wizard and uncheck the objects "Security Labels / Policies".
