WORKAROUND:
None.

Enhancement request CR # 54 189 has been submitted to Development for consideration in a future release of Toad Data Modeler. -

Additional Information
You can only write the information on relationships e.g. as a note in the Entity Properties form | Notes tab. When you point the mouse cursor over the entity, a pop up window with the information will appear.
