Issue on downloading Toad Data Modeler -
Description
On hitting download button in explorer9, a pane opens with hieroglyphics characters or garbled text. The circle turns, and never completes. All other downloads working fine.

Resolution
Use a different browser, eg. FireFox or Google Chrome.
