When I try to launch Toad Data Modeler (TDM) I get an "External exception" error message. After I click the OK button, it just exits. Can't use TDM.
Un-install TDM and re-install it using the TDM installer, instead of the Toad for Oracle installer. Make sure you rename the ‘Toad Data Modeler’ and ‘Toad Data Modeler 3’ folders, located in the C:\Documents and Settings\<User>\Application Data\Quest Software and C:\Program Files\Quest Software directories respectively, after the un-install and prior to the new install.
