Is there a way to convert models from QDesigner / QD12 to work in Toad Data Modeler 3?

Resolution
QDesigner files cannot be imported into Toad Data Modeler 3 directly, however, it is possible to use them in TDM3 if you follow these steps:
- Open TDM2
- Import the QDesigner file into TDM 2.25
- Export the model to a .DMX file format
- Open TDM3
- Import the .DMX file in TDM3
