Ability to use straight line style relationship lines, instead of right angle lines in v5.2 (4239456)

The relationship lines were redone to make them much easier to adjust within the model window.  Anchor points can now be adjusted where the line meets the entity window and the lines themselves can be adjusted easier.  When this was done, some of the options were removed from the right click window.  One of which was the "Straighten All Lines" option.  When creating a relationship line, hold the Shift key while drawing the line and the line being drawn will stay straight, instead of getting a right angle.  As for already created lines, the entity windows and relationship lines will need to be manually adjusted to make the lines straight.
